Most people order about 2-3 weeks prior to their arrival in Israel. However, you can even order 1-2 business days prior to your arrival.

NES Mobile would ONLY charge you for the days which you ordered and used the service in Israel. Even if you receive the SIMs or devices prior to your trip to Israel. We understand what coming back from vacation means….

We realize that you may be jetlagged after your long trip back from Israel. That is why you have one week to send us back our equipment. You only pay for the dates of the service NES Mobile provided for your trip to Israel.

For example: say you were in Israel from January 1st till the 10th and got home on the 11th, we will need our devices back by the 17th of January. We will charge you only for the 10 days of service in Israel.
