The price for our pocket WiFi device really depends on the duration of your rental.

Our basic plan for short term rentals starts from $7.95/day.  We have a monthly cap of $150. This means that if you are visiting for more than 18 days, you will not pay extra for those days. The cap is per 30 days.

Our student plans (long term rentals) start from $69.95 per month with a minimum of 5 Months. This means that if you plan on being in Israel for more than 44 days, you are better off taking our student plan. Please contact us so we can adjust your account. PRE VAT (value added tax). Which means you must add 17% to the final price.

Our prices change from time to time – so we strongly recommend you see our latest prices online.

Yes, you can call an 800 number in the USA from an Israel SIM card as part of the Nes Mobile plans. Sometimes, when calling a 1-800 number in the US you may hear a notice saying that international calls are NOT toll-free. You will hear this message as the phone system knows you are calling from outside the US, and they are notifying you that the international call may not be free of charge. However, our plans cover toll-free numbers in the USA, and you will not be charged an additional fee by Nes Mobile.

How to activate my NES Mobile Israel SIM card

There are two ways you can activate your SIM card.

  1. When you receive your email confirmation there will be a button you can click on that says Activate my Card. Click on that button and follow the instructions.
  2. Once you place an order we will automatically create an account for you in our system. This account will hold helpful information for you like, your order history, the numbers we assigned you and so on. You can log into your account, go to the Orders tab and follow the instructions on how to activate your SIM card from there.
  3. Once we receive your activation information, we will pair the SIM with the Israeli number (and US virtual number, if you chose one), and send you a confirmation email.
  4. It is that simple.

if you encounter any kind of problem during activation, you can, of course, contact us, and we will be happy to help.
